The rooms were spacious and well designed. Everything was always clean, and everything was working perfectly. The staff was very nice. They were especially kind to our baby. The pools are wonderful, and the activities are also a nice touch.

I found that breakfast was mediocre for such a high-class hotel. The rooms were very small. Beach waiters seemed disoriented and did not serve us despite pressing the call button multiple times. They were pretending we were not there.

The breakfast was rich. Personnel were very friendly. The low rise resort style accommodation offers many f&b options. The sea was great. I was given a late checkout based on my flight, amazing.

i liked the private beach with its long stretch of sand. I found easygoing lunch options very convenient. family breakfast was also a good start to each day. abundant water bottles in the bedrooms showed a great focus on guest hydration and wellbeing.

i noticed that the spa was quite small and required a walk outside to reach it which wasn't ideal

the adults-only pool was acceptable, i suppose.

Checking in took what was like an eternity. Two hours to get a room at 3:30 pm. i asked to charge my phone while waiting but they couldn't manage to find a charger. they took my phone to charge it inside and then promptly forgot about it. charming.

i stayed at this hotel again and it remains my favorite. the staff at the kids' club are very nice and they provided a wonderful halloween. the valets are all lovely and helpful with directions. the service at the pool and in the restaurants is great
